National cooperation

ISEA cooperates with Open Society Fund Prague, Foundation VIA, foundation Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, Czech-German fond of the future, Goethe-Institute, association Global Development Network, Grant Agency of the ČR. Since 2009 ISEA closely cooperates with Institute for European Politics EUROPEUM within the project Kosovo discussion about democracy. This cooperation continued also in 2010. Jana Straková took part in two working meetings in Kosovo, where she shared positive and negative experience of the Czech Republic from the transformation of the educational system with colleagues from Kosovo.

ISEA cooperates with CERGE-EI (Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education) , with members of the Parliament and the Senate, members of the state administration from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Finance of the CR.

International cooperation

ISEA cooperates with universities abroad, such as State University of New York at Buffalo and University of Minnesota, Poznaň University, Center for Public Policy Studies, Dutch Center for Higher Education Policy Studies at the University of Twente, as well as with Institute of Sociology, Academia Sinica, Tamkang University.

ISEA also proudly participates in important international networks. We are registered in Global Development Network , in Network of Education Policy Centers and we have also filed for membership in European Ideas Network (EIN), which pools together almost 50 research institutes from Europe.
